Enchanted is waiting to meet his son.. Doesn't he look excited? Do you ever wonder if they feel a family connection? Not sure about the stallions but have seen it with mothers. We have one mare who after a couple years she was back in pasture where they come in every night to the barn. Since she is a "top dog" mare and gets to come in first, she would stand back and let her daughter go to the gate first and everyone else had to wait. Quite interesting!

Since Diego will be leaving us soon to go to his wonderful new home.. We had to get a few family pictures.. This is Diego with his Mom and Dad! Enchanted was quite happy to see Marisa but not sure she felt the same! Since Enchanted and Marisa are both Coral LaCE kids, Diego is line bred Coral. And what a well gaited well mannered guy he is. I had visions of having two full sisters in the picture also, BUT, sometimes you have to let some things go.

Saturday, Oct.27, 2007, some friends, Becky and Val came out and brought their friends ( who I am adding to my friend list!) and we had a wonderful ride. It helps my horses get much needed exercise and also fun to have others to ride with..
