A Beautiful Legacy from the Past Details >> Coral LaCE was bred by Alberto Uribe Sierra in Medellin, Columbia and imported to the United States in 1968. He was a Grand National Champion in Performance and on the top ten sire list thirteen times. Coral LaCE was inducted into the Paso Fino Hall of Fame in 1999. We feel very lucky to own fourteen of his daughters and two of his sons. And MANY grandchildren!! These are some of the daughters and we hope to continue the breeding program started by Barbara Preiss of Weirsdale, Florida.

Coralita joined our home in early 2006. She is a full sister to our La Angelica (Angel) and is a large bay mare. She is smooth and very responsive. Her personality is that she has one friend and that is the only one she wants to be with. I am sure that in April of 2007 when her baby is born that will become her best friend for awhile. we enjoy her and she is as wonderful as her sister.

Desiree is a daughter of Coral LaCE. Her dam's side includes the bloodlines of Hilachas, a foundation sire of the PFHA, and Triunfo who was the sire of year in 1976. Triunfo was the grandson of Dulce Sueno, who was the foundation sire of all Puerto Rican Pasos. Desi has her own personality. If someone isn't used to riding she is calm and good for them. BUT, if she thinks they are completely at her mercy, she won't move. She did that twice for different people and then thought maybe she could get by with it with us, so we had an attitude adjustment!!

Corals Fantasia de Vez is a beautiful Creme Palomino. She has beautiful black eyes and is a wonderful horse for either a beginner rider or much enjoyment for an advanced rider. Her full brother, Manero de Vez is a Reserve National Champion. Her dam, Novita, is a half sister to Twice Grand National Champion, Frio Viento. Her dam's full brother, Sombre LaCE also produced daughters that were #1 Top Ten Dams. All we know is that Fantasia is a favorite of ours and we are proud to have her as we are all the others.
