Shadia is a buckskin with some white markings. Her mother is a Coral daughter. Couldn't decide what to name her when she was born. She had so many shades of different color that I was calling her Shady and that is how Shadia came to be.. As I have said before, I do get a little desperate for names!! She was the one who took the separation from Mom the hardest. We had to hang tarps up in the stall so it looked like a padded room as she was determined to get out and go find her mother... She got over it and hangs with the other yearlings and they are all friends. It always interests me to put others in the pasture but the "six" hang together..

Solana is a beautiful little buckskin filly. Put her next to her mother and she looks just like her. Her funny little trait is that when she comes in she has to lay down and roll.
